Full-Service Care At Basic Board Price
At Topline Farm, we believe in providing great care to all horses and all owners, without charging for every extra time we touch the horse. If a service is necessary to provide top quality care, we provide it without charge. If an extra charge is necessary for extraordinary circumstances, we will always notify you first, unless an emergency situation dictates otherwise for the health of the horse.

Stall Maintenance
Your horse's stall will be cleaned daily, and will be picked out periodically as necessary. We bed on top-quality
shavings, and enough shavings are always provided so your horse is
comfortable both standing and lying down in the large rubber-matted
stalls.

| Feeding
Of course, your horse will be fed top-quality grain and hay on a daily basis. We feed grain twice a day, unless specialized needs require a third feeding. We use primarily Triple Crown and Pennfields products, but other feeds are generally available. High-quality hay is fed at least twice daily, depending on the horse's schedule and requirements.

Turnout
Horses at Topline Farm are provided with daily turnout in beautiful grass pastures. They can be turned out either alone or with another horse or two, depending on your horse's needs and the needs of current clients. In inclement weather, the indoor arena is close enough to allow horses to "stretch their legs" and get out and about, even if you can't get here to ride. All the paddocks are fenced with horse-safe new four-board fencing.

Health Care
At Topline Farm, we encourage all boarders to have the farm set up, organize and track routine vaccinations, worming and dental care, at no extra charge. We feel it is important that all horses at the farm be properly protected, whether your horse is going to shows every weekend or never leaves the property. If you prefer to use your own vet and set up your horse's health care on your own, we do not prohibit it, but simply ask that you coordinate closely with the barn schedule.

The "Extras" At No Extra Charge
At Topline Farm, we provide the following services as part of our commitment to great care for your horse:
- Blanketing and blanket changing, particularly in the spring and fall, during changeable weather.
- Leg wrapping - forgot to set up your horse's legs after a jump school? Just call us.
- Scheduling your farrier or ours - and being available to bring in your horse and oversee him if necessary.
- Booting up for turnout - and checking if they got left in the field!
- Routine health check - each and every time we handle your horse. You won't learn about a scrape or cut by walking in the stall.
- Picking feet when returning to the barn after turnout.
- Tracking farrier, vaccination and worming schedules.
Some situations require extraordinary time or outlay of funds. In these circumstances, additional charges may be necessary, such as trailering a horse to a vet clinic, poulticing and wrapping on a daily/continual basis, time-consuming veterinary after-care, or the like. We will always advise you of this type of situation and the associated expense.

Services over and above the basic board charge are available. You can arrange for these services on a one-time or recurring basis, individually, or as a package. These include:
- Lunging/exercise/training
- Grooming
- Bathing
- Clipping/trimming
- Mane pulling/trimming
- Horse laundry (excluding blankets)
